In this document "we", "us" and "our" refers to Horze Australia,
"retailer" refers to any business that buys products from us in
order to sell to an end-user, and "you" refers to any individual
person not acting on behalf of a retailer.
By using this website, you agree to the following Terms and
Conditions.
1. Pricing: As a wholesaler we set a Recommended Retail Price
(RRP) for each product. Retailers are in no way obliged to comply
with same.
2. Faulty products: All our products come with a 12 month
manufacturer's guarantee. This does not cover the reasonable
wear and tear that occurs as a result of normal usage or
aging. Products with a manufacturing fault will be replaced or
credited once they are returned to us via the retailer through
which they were purchased. All returns must be accompanied by a
proof of purchase.
3. Ordering through this website: If you place an order
through www.finntack.com.au, you are submitting a request to
purchase the products you have selected, at the displayed prices,
from the retailer you have selected. We are under no obligation
to forward your order request to the retailer you have
selected, and we reserve the right to forward your order to another
retailer at our discretion. Our retailers are under no obligation
to sell you the products you have requested at the prices
shown on www.finntack.com.au. This service is only available to
residents of Australia.
